Acceptance:

Priority will be given to non-Europeans and to applicants from more remote countries. All applications will be reviewed in mid-October, mid-January and March. If you are offered a place in the workshop, you must confirm your participation within 14 days with a non-refundable booking fee of € 100.00, or your place will be offered to someone else.

Fees, payment and scholarships:

The fee for the workshop is € 900.00 (non-refundable booking fee € 100.00 plus tuition € 800.00 ISCA members will get a reduction of € 50.00). Room and board is extra, depending on your choice of accommodation. The cost of accommodation includes meals, with water, coffee and tea, as well as afternoon coffee break with a luscious buffet of homemade cakes. Other beverages and snacks at other times are available at extra cost. The number of rooms available is limited.

A limited number of scholarships of maximum € 250.00 have been made available by the generosity of the teaching staff and participants from previous years, in order to make participation possible for people from countries with a non/European economy. If you need a scholarship, enclose a brief description of your financial situation with your application and the amount of scholarship you are requesting. No scholarships will be granted on site, please make arrangements in advance.

The non-refundable booking fee of € 100.00 is due with your application. The remainder of the tuition and the fee for room and board are due on March 22, 2013. You may cancel your booking up to April 5, 2013 for a full refund (less € 100.00 booking fee). After that date, we will refund your payment if we are able to find a replacement person from our waiting list.

If you prefer to pay by cheque or money order, enclose an International cashier's check or money order for € 100.00 with your application. The cheque should be payable to Lutz Bessel-International Intensive. Please be aware that costs for transfer and exchange can be quite high and will be added to your fee.
